Via the tracking ID provided by us you can track your order from our warehouse in Chicago up until your home.
Upon delivery, please check your goods for damage. In case of damage or loss, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the items.
After that period your claim will be denied.
We sincerely hope our product meets your expectations. In the unfortunate event that it does not, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Most of our items may be returned and if the return is a result of our error we will also pay the return shipping costs.
Adhere closely to the following instructions to ensure a full refund:
- Contact us at email@example.com or call us at 773-358-2299 for authorization of your return.
- In case of an authorization we will send you a return shipping label via e-mail.
- If the return is not a result of our error, we will deduct shipping costs from your refund.
- Once your return is authorized, pack it in the same condition as you received it.
That means the item must be unopened and in new condition; besides, you must use the original container and include all the paperwork.
- The product must arrive at our warehouse within 10 days after your return was authorized, otherwise the refund will not be processed.
- Items arriving after 11 days will not be accepted for any reason.
We cannot accept returns of the following items:
- Any item that is returned without authorization or not within the given time limits,
- Any item that is not in its original condition, has been opened, is damaged, or is missing parts (taken out of its plastic wrap)
- special order items.
