White Honey:

Especially over here in southern Germany we have many canola fields that provide us not only with oil but also delicious raw honey.
White honey has a soft texture, a pale, almost white color and a mild flavor.

White honey is NOT made by canola oil. It is just the bees pollinating the canola blossoms.
